If you could get in a time machine and go back and correct something in your life what would it be?

I met my wife in 1985 and liked her a lot, right away. However at the time she had a lot of bullshit swirling around her head about an ex-boyfriend that made any sort of serious relationship impossible. We re-connected in 1991 and have been together - married in 1994 - ever since.

If I had a time machine I'd go back to 1985 tell her to get over her bullshit, put the ex in the past and start our relationship right there and then. By doing that I could erase all the relationship/romantic drama between 1985 and 1991 which was essentially all of the bullshit I have experienced in my life.

Edit ...... And I would have learned to play guitar when I was 14 instead of waiting until I was 27.
