Looks like a small update to the google quash. A response was filed by Mr. Pena requesting a hearing date. The next step is for the court to set the date for the hearing.

It was at 5k, but will go up as the quash proceeds. The phases will be similar to the SF quash, though it's unlikely that they will get three more chances to waste the courts time. Through a normal 1 round back and forth it will probably be 10-12k. Given there is now precedent from Schulman, a Santa Clara judge will not likely rule any other way.
