What could possibly have been the motivation behind filing 2 subpoenas for the same info where the laws are exactly the same? If info is surrendered, there's no need to get it twice. If it isn't, he gets fucked twice.

@notalawyer I think is correct. Pat’s lawyer’s strategy seems to be file lawsuit and intimidate the person from not fighting the lawsuit. Pat thought for a loan of 7.5 k getting the sites shut down and get the names of the big players in the Josiah tapes he stated this. He thought that would end it.

I don't know why he would do that since Patrick couldn't even come up with a prima facie showing of defamation by quasi, so there's zero chance of anything he could go after him for.
