The house is not in Niki’s name. This is something said on KF all the time for some reason but it isn’t true.

My theory has been debunked, they're in it together. But hey, I wish them we'll. I don't see how continuing on their path could lead to nothing other than a happy ending

There’s something very odd about how he uses “we” all the time when he’s the only one listed. I really think it’s related to him being on some kind of disability and Niki is his care giver and responsible for him in some way. We’ve seen he doesn’t have a bank account as any online donations “they” make are only in her name. Something fishy is going on at that half house and it’s more than the smell coming from Niki.

I have the same feeling. My theory is he's either lumping in Niki and/or the SFWA so to minimize his Don Quixote, tilting-at-windmills appearance. It's either that or he's trying to lump them in to have them help pay Quaso.
