If we don't receive a ruling in our favo,r that essentially stops the case in its tracks. We'd have no other avenue to pursue discovery and determine the identity of the other defendants.

The subpoena to Cloudflare was successfully quashed and the motion for sanctions was granted. The occurred on 09-30-2021.

As stated in the official documents of the court :

• John-Doe-1 aka the petioner aka Quasi101 aka the Site Owner is the Defendant
• Patrick S Tomlinson owes Quasi101 $23,739.25 + interest.
• The deadline to appeal had passed.

Patrick owes Quasi101 this money. Unless he has paid or some other agreement has been made this is a legally binding decision of the court.

As of right now there is no other information about any action pending in San Fransisco.

This had remained opened until 1/3/2022 when Ruben Pena submitted a request for a hearing. The hearing is scheduled for 4-7-22.
