I'm goin to tha gym and eatin betta but holy fuck is this a lot of work. I don't mind eating healthy foods but you have to eat so much of them. Lunch is a fucking huge salad, 3 eggs, almonds and other nonsense. I'm supposed to eat 200g of protein a day, wtf.

I eat like shit at the minute, it’s all processed junk.

When I’m not being a lazy retard, I just eat simple healthy food, if it comes from the ground or an animal and hasn’t been processed it’s good.

Of course, that’s also not the case anymore, they literally coat the fruit in toxic shit now, and contaminate all the animals with “eco friendly” toxins. Bill Gates is legitimately behind it all, too, the world will be much better off when he’s dead.

Attacking the food supply is a key component of the new world order. There’s a reason rich influential people own farm land and water springs.

I'm eating an arugula and spinach salad. It's like eating lawn clippings.

Btw, I dunno about the UK but there's parts of the world that take organic pretty fucking seriously, you can get pesticide free fruits and veg.

But yeah mostly people just act like they eat perfect on reddit and make people feel inferior and have an even harder time. I've been in enough eating disorder treatment to see this.

Healthy fats are your friend. Fat is 9 calories/gram while carbs/protein are 4, so fat is more caloricly dense. And you probably don't need 200g of protein unless you're over 250 and bulking and/or on roids.

Also, once you're used to eating healthy and take a meal or day off and eat garage, you'll feel like shit and want to avoid the garbage in the future.

I keep waffling on the protein because some places say 1g/lb of lean muscle mass and some places say 1g/lb, figured I'd err on the side of too much than not enough.

I do feel PFG these days eating this way, I always felt better when I was working out consistently, and I definitely feel good eating this way. I felt a little foolish last night as I was looking at my food app and realized I'm 75g of protein short so I made a 72oz smoothie with 2 scoops of protein powder and a cup of Greek yogurt. I also ate a can of tuna for breakfast the other day.
