Are these fake?

They seem fake.
I dont know if people have checked out comparable AirBnBs with Pat's hovel. Maybe but this thread is too long to check.

So Pat has been hosting for 2 years. With a 4.89 star rating from 191 reviews.

Below are comparable AirBnb rentals that have as similar rental price as the hovel. They all have been hosting for significantly more years but they have don't have nearly the number of reviews. Not only that but they look significantly better. Also they don't lie to their guests by posting outside patio furniture they obviously don't own.

You don't think a fat closet faggot 42yr manboy who owns cats, used $5k of his beard's mother's money to buy his toy back, and was caught spending weekly buying followers for his toy wouldn't buy fake reviews for his "wife's" house?

Those rental owners weren't communicative enough.

How?

I use Airbnb all the time. I don’t see how it’s possible. You have to complete the booked stay to review.

I think he’s just aggressive about asking for reviews.
It's a simple math problem. There's no way he would have that many reviews in that amount of time. There would have to be next to no vacancies, people staying one night at a time, and then always leaving a review. Also, so many reviews mentioning Patrick by name. It doesn't add up.

Neither agreeing or disagreeing here.

811 days of rental - say 800 if you take off xmas and worldcon
Do an average stay of 1.5 nights = 191 reviews for 287 days of bookings. or 35% of bookable time
The hovel seems to average about 15 days of booking a month, more in summer, bit less in other seasons
He seems to have high participation in reviewing but other than that the numbers are feasible.

I think his reviews are probably organic. A lot of times I’ll stay at a place and they’ll leave a little handout on the table or whatever that basically begs for a review as well as giving guidance to the area, amenities, etc.

And if I have a good stay I will usually write them some flowery bullshit like that out of appreciation. I think it’s totally possible his AirBnB is a great deal for the price as long as you know nothing about the host. And he probably lets you fuck his wife, so I’m sure some of these freaks are genuinely grateful.
That's absolutely what's happening. He's essentially coaching them to leave a specific kind of review. You can tell because the regular-looking folk know to toe the line, but the N-people and white trash-looking ones tend to veer off-script.

Don't forget that Nikki larps as a SEO consultant. They probably figured that certain magic works will help bump the halfhovel higher in the algorithm, so they try to get all their guests to use them.

Most companies will offer some type of discount, gift card, or cash back incentive for positive reviews. He’s probably offering 50% off for a review, and just harassing them when he’s there. I bet he’s the type of asshole to sit there and wait until he sees it on his phone too. “Yeah, sure. I’ll leave a 5 star review and mention you by name. No problem”. “That’s great. I’ll let you know when it comes up”. Then silence and heavy breathing from the pig.

Fatso denies his shithole is on a busy busline/taxi spot. Do those other places allow animals to piss and shit all over as their owners catch a bus to get wasted for the night?

You can buy fake AirBnB reviews, I don't understand why this is such a contested topic. They aren't cheap, but it's probably worth it in the long run. Also Niki needs to justify the 30% commission she receives from Pat's AirBnB business (my idea, my money, wife child), and she's the SEO specialist after all.

Thank you. It's obvious a great deal of these are fake. Retards here act like Patrick got 100+ glowing reviews in a year and a half legitimately.
