Hopefully the city and MPD seize on this Airbnb situation if Fatso's case is allowed to proceed to trial. How is it possible that out of the 6 Gorillion times the hovel was "swatted" that there just happened to be no guests at the time? No "swattings" while he was camped out at local bars, out of town, or out of the country either? What are the odds?

It begs the question. When all this extraneous communication is taking place during the stay, is Pat doing it strictly through texts/airbnb DM's, or does he insist on marching downstairs in person a la "I'M HERE TO HELP"?

A futher horrifying realization is the mere fact of that thing living upstairs from you. Shuffling around at all hours of the night, trying to shake off his alcohol induced restless leg syndrome. Walls and floors gotta be paper thin, you can hear the little click sounds furiously emanating from the Samsung like the world's fattest bumblebee batting its wings. I once spent a few months living downstairs from a nice normal couple with a toddler, and all that stamping around really drove me nuts. Can't imagine having that same experience but with a 300+lb. gastropod in place of the child.

"The place is lovely and in a great neighborhood with lots of bars and things to do. Some people came to take the Adirondack chairs we were sitting on but Patrick helpfully burst out of his home screaming at them to leave and never return. 5 stars."

Five star hotel-level accommodation, minimal cat fur, and a handy dishwasher with wheels was even included! A SWAT team tried to assassinate us, but our host hastily and communicatively fixed this minor issue. *****

Reminder that Rick used to live on the ground floor while the 1st floor apt was rented out for years to normal tenants.
During the pandemic he put gym equipment in his attic and started doing fitness workouts. He broke through the attic and severely damaged parts of the 1st floor apartment below, rendering multiple rooms unlivable. After a while, they moved upstairs and readied the much less damaged ground floor unit for use as an Airbnb (which according to retarded and gay user SueLightning potentially earns him millions per year). This is where the adress switch (2613 to 2611) comes from.

I gotta admit, I was pretty dismissive of the toilet scrubbing gig Rick’s got. Then Sue did the math and showed his work, and yeah, I’ll admit I was wrong. Netting $90k/month ain’t bad scratch. Would keep me in Mexican lasagna and bp meds.
