Pat has never grasped the concept that winning in a court of law requires you to produce hard evidence showing your claim is valid. All Pat produced was evidence legally protected by the Constitution in the form of Free Speech. The evidence of things that were defamatory was undone when Pat refused to change the focus of the lawsuit to someone he had hard evidence of defamation on.

I was gonna point that out. It's not like he got Dan and admin on and just agreed with everything they said. The only thing he really challenged pig on was his constant responding to everything, which he of course had his usual "nothing else works" lie prepared for.
