Humans are by nature social animals, it’s not normal living your life without any outside contact. That can’t be good for your mental health.

I can go outside right now and shoot a gun if I want to. I can rip around on a four wheeler whenever I want, places to hunt and fish are in walking distance. I can find fiddleheads, ramps, morels and puffballs on my property. I can have fires whether there's a burn ban or not. I can make as much noise as I want. That's the main plus about living in the country. No one ever asks you to keep it down. I'm a backwoods hick, so when the first time an apartment neighbor ever told me to shut the fuck up I waited outside for him the next day and told him if he ever has a problem, speak directly to me or next time I'd boot in his door and stomp his fucking head in and I was seen as a terrifying psycho for the rest of my time there.
