He authenticated fake Alivia based on her presence in a group chat. He authenticated Josiah because his email address almost looked like huffingtonpost.com. He argued with fake lesbians who took his Adirondack chairs for hours. He said "STOP" to fake automated text messages.

He's a fucking mark.

"Very sophisticated." HAHAHA a scam designed for old ladies HE FELL FOR IT, DIDN'T HE?
Why would anyone tolerate someone calling to collect on a bill and then transferring you three times? Thats just shit they do for old people to make them think its legit by blowing their minds with the "magic phone transfer" technology

Honestly, I like engaging with these scammers just to waste their time and see how they execute the scam. When they realize that I'm fucking with them they get so angry and start spewing third world monkey gibberish.

My favorite thing about Josiah was that Pat clocked that he didn't have any online footprint, said "Hey, where's your online footprint?" and then decided it didn't matter and kept going.

This is the type of thing you wouldn't post on NextDoor because it's such an obvious scam but he thinks it's really unique.

Why does he answer the phone at all if it’s a number he doesn’t know? He claims to be a millennial (he’s not) but doesn’t know the first thing about modern technology use
Some of these scammers are able to spoof the power company’s phone number so it shows up on your caller ID as the legit name and number. So Niki may have thought it was a legitimate call from WE Energies. That she and Fat were too stupid to realize it was a fake is another story.
