- 7/27/2011: these documents finalize divorce
-?/??/2011: Rick learns Ade is seeing his friend Jon and Jon will be raising his daughter.
- 8/10/2011: Rick is arrested for threatening his wife and child
- ?/??/2011: Ade probably offered to not press charges if he gave up joint custody, or something

That makes sense. We need further documents because this is obviously just the first of many hearings.

The thing about him seeing her 2 nights a week and 2 weekends a month obviously never happened (PCJ confirmed this himself). Annabelle has no idea who Patrick is, except through pictures (poor, poor girl!).

That’s what I can’t figure out, that sounds like some old family clause that would have been sued our practice decades ago. Years ago I knew of Christian private schools firing employees that got divorced or wouldn’t hire anyone that was divorced but that was decades ago.

My guess is that Ade was being generous at first and after pats drunken rage went "yea fuck that" and made him give up his rights.

When the divorce was finalized pat still had joint custody and the ability to claim her as a dependent. Ade really did try to make the divorce as easy as possible on him. I think that makes it funnier. She don't want shit from you except to not have to be around you anymore. That's gotta hurt.
