At what point does mke pd have legal ground to start looking at fats bank records and telegram messages? I'm sure he can delete the messages, but could the cops request that data from telegram if there's an active case?

Even the bank records would seem to corroborate the timeline if they show any transfers to Celsius/cash app/etc. around the same time of the swattings.

All the pieces really are falling into place. There is legitimately no other explanation for him knowing about a bomb threat that was confirmed to never have happened other than him being in on it in some way.

No this was while he was at a different theatre. on Dec 10th I think.
He tweeted about how he was at the theatre etc. then he was also swatted that night.
It may have been coincidence.... but its something that could come out if the torswat guy starts leaking details of fatty.
