I’ve said when this first came out but his insane behavior here is because what he tried to do didn’t go as planned. Now we know he thought he had the perfect crime set up and the swatter that Pat paid called in the wrong address and he freaked out since he paid for a mistake. This also was when Niki was “out of town” for a funeral that he didn’t attend because a cat was old? Yet goes on 10 day vacations.

Let's be fair here - if someone made a mistake there's a 99% chance it was fatso fat-fingering his house number or just being stupid, rather than the dial-a-swat service (which I can't imagine asking for a customer's name and address unless the people who run honeypots have gotten extremely lazy)

To add on to this, how long would it take for the MPD/FBI to act on this? It's an obese pig paying for domestic terrorism (explains him accusing the texting redditors of terrorism all the time) but there haven't been any fatalities. He's not in custody yet so what, days/weeks to build a case and take his phone to start?

For Wisconsin:

'According to state law, knowingly making a fake 911 call is considered a misdemeanor, punishable by a jail sentence of up to 90 days and a maximum $600. For a second or subsequent offense within four years, it is a Class H felony, which carries a prison term of up to six years and a fine no more than $10,000.'

There are federal laws that cite specific types of false calls, like a bomb threat, that make it immediate felonies with 5 year sentences.
