I rebelled again against the bread and the lettuce/tomato that is standard in Far Rockaway (and Brooklyn). Still, this was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Gourmet n sheeeeeeeeeeit.

That looks delicious, but I don't know how I'm the only one that sees that the hoagie roll or baguetteor whatever, tightly wrapped, and allowed to cool is essential to this sandwich. What you have there is a scrambled chee burger on toast, it ain no chop chee!
