this is literally what i've done to go from 186 to 140 i just gotta keep it up and avoid doordash. my favorite veggies are okra and artichokes if you don't know how to eat an artichoke and not just the heart don't talk to me.
one of the pitbulls in my neighborhood had puppies and they are the cutest things ever i always stop to play with them, that cuts a little off my exercise.
