At this point Patrick would rather go to prison than Pay Quasi, and if he does, I will write to him every day.
I'm sure we can start a gofundme to put some zoom-zooms and wam-wams on his books. At this point Patrick would rather go to prison than Pay Quasi, and if he does, I will write to him every day.
I mean, what happens if:
1. He refinances the hovel to the point the bank pretty much owns it
2. Spends all his & Niki's savings on vacations and $70 well-done steak
3. Sells/gifts the Mustang and Triumph to Niki's mom, or sells them for KBB value and goes on more vacations
4. Finally comes to Jen with an "oopsie doodles, I legitimately spent all my money and have nothing left. Also I refuse to get a job so you can garnish my salary."
I mean, they can't send him to debtors prison, right? It'd be a financial kamikaze but Patrick is stubborn enough to fulfil his "Quasi will never see a cent from me" promise.
This is buried on page 3 and won't get the ribs it deserves. We can send him pictures of impostor childs sitting all over him, and also Lappening pictures.
Solid slow burn bit. End up getting extorted for his commissary then beat up when the honeybun supply dries up.I'm sure we can start a gofundme to put some zoom-zooms and wam-wams on his books.
If someone completely maxed out his commissary the first week he was there the fat mong wouldn't be able to resist spending it all and he'd immediately be a target for some brave POC to extract reparations

Let’s find a guy locked up in the same prison, turn him into a brother man and send him a nice, full Patrick Compendium. Hopefully he gets locked up with Christopher KuhnThis is buried on page 3 and won't get the ribs it deserves. He would end up in protective custody with the chomos after ratting to the guards everytime he got his ass kicked. He'd have to stick with the AB or PEN1 or one of the other prison gangs in order to not get raped and preyed on by the other races. He'd probably think the blacks would welcome him with open arms because "hes on their side" when in reality he'd probably be raped and dead within a month.

Let's say one can repeatedly obtain Rick's admission that he does not intend to abide by the judgment lien and pay the money owed. Let's say it's obtainable in a form quotable by Jerry in a legal filing. Would that help bust Rick's schemes? This is not a typical case.
This is the thumbscrew right here. If Patrick refuses to pay, Niki is on the hook too. The fun hasn't even started yet.Remember too, that in Wisconsin Pig's debts are Nicole's debts. So in addition to all that for Rick, Niki has to follow that as well.
So if I'm reading this right, she had almost $26k in debt? damn!Niki's bankruptcy docs:Adobe Acrobat

Sounds like you're describing the plot of Brewster's Millions, child. He can't use a credit card or buy any physical property. He would have to pay all cash, and anything bought would need to be temporary. Trips, concerts, flights, meals etc. He can't have any savings, any stocks, and bank accounts and he can't have any assets.
So it stops Nikki selling him?I think the lien is attached to Pat himself, not the actual house.
Does contempt of court come into it at all? This isn't a credit card debt, or some contract he failed to fulfil. This is not a typical case. You can make yourself "judgement proof" on purpose if you want and essentially be homeless, never having more than 10k in property at any time. Never having a job over minimum wage. Sure I guess.
