Mr. Tomlinson has just threatened Leslie Varney, a female publisher whom he has been attacking on Twitter from behind a block for more than a year, to be sued into poverty with a lawsuit that will presumably be funded by the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America.
- Mr. Tomlinson's 2021 lawsuit was funded in secret by the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America, a 501(c)(3) charity, to the tune of $100,000 without the knowledge or consent of their donors or members. They also agreed to pay any sanctions in case he lost (which he did).
- All parties involved signed NDAs so that the general public would never know.
- To this day, SFWA has never acknowledged its funding of the lawsuit, and actively instructs the few people in the know to ignore all inquiries into it.
- Is the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America funding Mr. Tomlinson's lawsuit against the Milwaukee Police? If they are, the general public probably wouldn't know due to their history of funding expensive lawsuits in secret.
- You can use IRS form 3949-A to report SFWA's activity if you reasonably believe that it is illegal for a 501(c)(3) charity to secretly fund frivolous nuisance lawsuits for one of its members.

- Mr. Tomlinson has been instructed many times by friends, family, police, and attorneys to stop engaging with his trolls, and that continuing to provoke them will cause him to be trolled even more. Mr. Tomlinson wilfully ignores this advice

- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal (himself) to a troll.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never shown this video footage during any of his media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergences (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

A man who looks just like Pat on a security tape was walking around his house is said by Pat to be many of the people here yet knew the man on video had a pen light in his mouth. He also said the people here have trespassed on his property “hundreds” of times yet only has one video of a person walking around his property.

all this but you forgot to point out the non-reaction from him when the motion light turns on. anyone trying to not get caught would immediately duck and run for cover or something. that fat man in the video does not even react AT ALL
To add to this, Pat boasted about this video for months on end, but refused to release it because nobody tells him what to do. He finally sent the video to Josiah and it's obviously him in the video. Same hair, same body type, doesn't even flinch when the backyard light comes on, and knows the exact path to take down to the bikes. He also vandalized his bike with "gay virgin Fatrick" which nobody ever called him.

But the video cuts right before any "vandalism" is done. If I were a betting man, I'd say this isn't footage from the night of the dry eraser marker. I think there's no video from that night at all, and he made this to try and give some "hard evidence" to Josiah.

He said it was because the person in the video (that looks like him) has been there hundreds of times so they aren’t phased by a light going off. You couldn’t write a dumber character, it would be too unbelievable to an audience.
It was his greatest role ever. Everything else he was in was shit compared.
