• NBC guy asks (emphasis mine), "42 times, police have actually come, in some form, to your door?"
• NBC guy says to the camera, "The Milwaukee Police Department tells NBC News they have been to Patrick and Niki's house at least 40 times..."

Pat's claim is that he has been SWAT-ed over 40 times. NBC only "fact-checked" that police have come to his house 40+ times. They "clearly and unequivocally" did NOT state that they confirmed that he was SWAT-ed 40+ times. NBC was very careful with their language, just like Brian was.

There is a vast gulf between getting SWAT-ed and the police showing up to leave a card or knocking on your door just to check in with you. Pat is calling everything a SWAT-ing incident. NBC News and Brian are much more discerning.

Prelim research seems to put events with actual weapons drawn at 3 possibly 4. The others are probably when he was refusing to let them see nikki or go inside and was threatened with forced entry. IE the 7 complaints arent of armed response, just a response piggy wasnt happy with.
