These, are, your, delusions, atalker,He uses them to mark a pause in speech. Kids are usually taught that is not appropriate use in writing at a fairly early age but we've seen Fat's transcripts and obviously he didn't learn the lesson.
The only time I was ever close to being in a bar fight was when I thought this drunk guy was going to hit my buddy. I had my bottle gripped and I was going to hit him over the head with it. I’m assuming that’s how most bar fights end. My buddy is the chillest guy in the fucking world and drunk guy (known problem at the bar but friends with the owner and nice enough when he was somewhat coherent) was starting with him.He talks about being in multiple bar fights. In my experience- you will eventually get jumped/get your ass kicked. You will be banned by most bars- even if you didn't start it. And, you will eventually catch a charge as the police are almost always near bars that are in popular areas. You can get away with some shit out in the sticks and at some sawdust joints, but Roadhouse is a movie and not real life.
Bars have to worry about liability and getting their liquor license yanked if it becomes a nuisance. Tough guys like Patrick are a nuisance.
even if we pretend he actually trained BJJ, aikido, and krav maga, where is his “INSTANT TAKEDOWN” coming from?
Fatman and SlobinYou'd think between him and Shane they'd be able to form some sort of superhero duo. They won't go looking for trouble but they'll answer the bell when it rings, child.
I'm pretty sure the "immediately neutralize" thing comes from Batman. There's been a constant stream of Batman in pop culture throughout Patrick's life, but all of them have fight scenes the same way.
Batman's not gonna kill the Joker's henchman, he just throws a few punches and kicks, the henchmen all fall down and don't get back up. Enemy defeated, Batman wins. That's what he thinks real-life fighting is like.
