Mr. Tomlinson has just threatened Leslie Varney, a female publisher whom he has been attacking on Twitter from behind a block for more than a year, to be sued into poverty with a lawsuit that will presumably be funded by the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America.
- Mr. Tomlinson's 2021 lawsuit was funded in secret by the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America, a 501(c)(3) charity, to the tune of $100,000 without the knowledge or consent of their donors or members. They also agreed to pay any sanctions in case he lost (which he did).
- All parties involved signed NDAs so that the general public would never know.
- To this day, SFWA has never acknowledged its funding of the lawsuit, and actively instructs the few people in the know to ignore all inquiries into it.
- Is the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America funding Mr. Tomlinson's lawsuit against the Milwaukee Police? If they are, the general public probably wouldn't know due to their history of funding expensive lawsuits in secret.

- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergences (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.

I can’t explain how this moment perfectly defines Cumia. His own wet brained racism and lack of restraint puts him in a scenario where he’s taking pictures of prostitutes at 3am. Because he lives in Twitterworld and is entitled he expects nothing to happen. Shockingly, this bitch is not ok with being photographed to be mocked. Like the non confrontational pussy he is he just stands there and gets beat on while his stomach twists. Then he retreats home and into twitterworld where he can be a big bad tough guy, call her a nigger, say he would have shot her, and then invents a lie about 5 black guys to not look like a giant pussy. And somehow he turns the story into one of self restraint because, yeah sure, I showed no restraint in taking pictures of black hookers to mock them, but I did show restraint in doing the bare minimum of not shooting her dead!
And then when he faces consequences for all of these actions he shirks responsibility, adds a notch to his victim complex, blames everyone who didn’t cut their feet off to save his pathetic ungrateful ass, and then completely doubles down on all previously listed behaviors.
