He would definitely get a restraining order at that point - the judge told him as much - but I don't see how requesting the body cam footage would apply. It doesnt involve contacting fatso in any way, BDA could argue that he wants it for his protection in case fatso decides to do something to him,fatso is a public figure so it's newsworthy, etc
