This one chick tells everyone she is genderfluid which means that she can be a man or a woman on any given day. Well one day we needed some office cabinets moved and didn't want to wait/pay for a third party to come in. So a couple of the dudes just went down to move them ourselves. Of course, Mr. Woman walked alongside us and chatted in our ear the whole time, and this literal bitch female STOOD THERE and watched us all do the work without even pretending to help us. She just stood there SILENTLY, she STOPPED talking the second we were moving the things and didn't' talk again until the job was done. At that moment, The DMAN looked at her and actually thought about putting his career in jeopardy to tell her that she hasn't earned the "he" pronoun until she chips in on the manly work.
She's built like a sweet little porn star, and she's actually very innocent and respectful. But she talks in that Reddit fag way, and she has said "That's valid" or "That's fair" to The DMAN every single time he makes a solid point (which as you know, is constantly)
The DMAN was ranting and raving. He was so pissed off when she said "That's valid" just irritating him and he started picking away at her. Basically told her that she sounds like a narcissistic royal queen putting her stamp of approval on people's thoughts by "validating" or "invalidating" them. And explained to her that it just makes her sound arrogant or uneducated, and she has no grounds to tell someone their thoughts are valid or not. The DMAN swore up and down this girl was about to start crying because she clearly didn't mean to provoke, she was just monkey-seeing-monkey-doing with language. She's only like 21, she probably DOES spend all day on Reddit. Is that her fault? Is that The DMAN's fault?
Point being, shit like this is deliberate. The Chinese have manipulated our language to the point where nothing anyone says makes sense and there is no context anymore. We argue over stupid phrases that are uttered with good intentions.
