I went to gencon one time. For some reason, two members of Gwar were there, walking around in full costume with their giant rubber hammers and shit. I bought a bunch of bootleg Japanese movies and got a signed autograph of Bruce Campbell. Later I smoked weed with some guy out of a shitty pipe he tried to make out of an animal bone. Every five feet was a flock of nerds playing magic the gathering. I met the guy who wrote The Crow, and bought a needlessly elaborate dull push dagger. Never went to a convention again. The people there are weird and care too much about DragonBall Z.
