What I don't get is why nana couldn't do the show and stay in the band, he worked 4 hours per day there was plenty of time to rehearse and weekends off to do shows. He could have packed every bar in Boston with listeners every weekend and he could have done bigger venues on LI and Jersey whenever he wanted

Anthony doesn’t have any work ethic. He even complained about having to do a 4 hour radio show, despite having the easiest commute in New York. The compound was on a direct route into Manhattan and he had valet parking. Meaning he could wake up on his bathroom floor with a hangover, take a handful of aspirin, stumble out the door, climb into the Escalade, hop on the LIE, scream racial slurs, drive on the sidewalk, and be at Sirius inside 30 minutes but he still bitched about it.

To be fair, I think at the very beginning Anthony was actually learning shit about radio from da opester. He was also staying at work instead of going home because then he would have to deal with the homosexual thoughts he has.

Yeah the Cumias left a lot of money on the table that they could've made. They could've had new Rotgut albums of cover songs with AntH doing duets with people from the show. Like AntH and Patrice singing Purple Rain would've been awesome! Imus's brother Fred Imus handled all the merch from the show, they had salsa, country albums, cowboy hats etc. Brother Joe could've easily handled that and made $$$!

Odds are good they’d fuck it up or end up in jail for tax evasion because they are both lazy degenerates but they easily could have turned brother Joe entertainment into a 7 figure operation just by getting 2-3000 fans to show up for things and buy beer and merch. Instead Joe did marginal tribute shows and nana sat in his basement drinking and watching tv.
