We are called to wrestle with God, and people will correctly accuse me of being a hypocrite for hating everything that’s happening and preaching Jesus, but all of the Abrahamic religions tell you to wrestle with God, wrestle with this world, the worse thing is being a comfortable rich shut in who won’t rock the boat because it effects their comfort.
I’m pretty sure God allows cycles of evil to rule to separate the wheat from the chaff. I feel the Holy Spirit most powerfully when I’m wresting with these things, that I care about justice and listening to God’s word, even when I’m fucking it up.

Socialism / Communism always ends up collapsing in on itself because when the government owns the means of production, they own the P/L of the entire economy as opposed to just skimming a small-ish % off the top via taxation like we do here under Crony Capitalism.
Eventually, they always end up staring down an economic doomsday and need to start cutting costs because there’s basically no incentives to innovate. Unfortunately, “cutting costs” usually means they start starving and/or purging their own people.
So there’s your decision point - you need to figure out if you want to live under no shit Socialism / Communism and see how it goes or be in one of the early enemy of the state purges.
