It is not a frequency that connects your mind body and soul or whatever. It’s not some conspiracy. You just know fuck all about music like you know fuck all about the law or religion. All musical “notes” are is frequencies that correlate to pitches. In pretty much all modern music we define A4 as 440Hz. I want you to explain to me what exactly is special about defining A4 as 432Hz. Nothing. At all. Have you ever listened to one of those “Pink Floyd - Time but it’s in D major!” and you hear it and go “Whoa that sounds so much better!” It doesn’t. It’s that your brain is naturally adjusted to how you’ve heard the song a million times and how it sounds “naturally”. Your brain thinks it sounds more unique and thus better despite nothing actually changing about the song…except it’s ROOT PITCHES. Which is all 432Hz is. Your brain is adjusted to hearing A be defined as 440Hz. No matter how small the difference is, you’re intrigued by the slightly “detuned”, off pitch, flat, note you’re hearing. That is all it is.
