Tbf go back to the Biden debate thread, you mocked me for it. I said after the debate Biden did bad, but not awful. Then a day later I realized it was way worse than I thought. I could feel the same way about Trumps performance tomorrow.

He had so many opportunities to take apart her record and instead just blathered "ECONOMY!" When the question had nothing to do with it. Just pure hubris and not even in an impressive way.

You can plainly see how Trump is having major difficulties with his new material. It's not going over very well, and he isn't good at improv, either. He had to change the routine up when Sleepy Joe dropped out, and the new stuff is mostly bombing. He's almost 80, and the reflexes are slipping. The old Trump would have had his holster full of zippy zingers ready to go, but now he just mostly tries to babble his way through everything, and it isn't working at all.

With Hilary, R’s had 20 years of dirt on her. Biden they had 30 years, specifically the 8 with Obama. What do they have on Kamala? She worked at Mcdonalds? Blew her boss? It doesn’t rise to “My opponent is a corrupt politically embedded pedophile who also has a serious health concern”, ala Clinton / Biden.

I’m honestly shocked Trump didn’t bring up anything about her as a person. He didn’t even really call her a liar, flip flopper, extremist, etc. The party is obviously clearly lost on exactly WHAT their message to people is about her.
