WWAWD Late night hosts?

I liked Man Show but only watched for Adam, didn't think Jimmy was funny really. When his late night show started it was great though, because everyone was drunk and Adam did tons of little bits and short films that were hilarious.

Letterman was incredible for a time - throwing stuff out windows, stupid pet tricks, Andy Kaufman etc. and Craig Ferguson I really enjoyed - when you watched his show it was like he was getting away with something because it was late and CBS wasn’t paying attention. Conan at 12:30 was great because it was off-beat and weird funny - I remember once he kept cutting back to a car chase that was actually some matchbox cars being pulled around in his back office but treated as a major news event. He also had a great bit where he took Mr T to yell at Apples in upstate New York and had great Abe vigoda appearances.

For me Kimmel is the most disappointing I have the man show torrented and him and Adam were a very funny team it was a silly fun show then he got his own show and went from being the silly frat boy loser to stuffy Oscar host who can’t be made fun of.

Colbert was very funny on strangers with candy if you haven’t seen it watch it immediately his character is a closeted gay man who’s married and is having an affair with the art teacher Paul dinello

Jimmy Fallon isn’t really funny as bad as Colbert can be with politics I don’t think Fallon has ever made me laugh he’s safe boring corporate play another game, stupid.

Seth Myers is actually a real person as far as I can tell I don’t think anyone could mention anything humorous he’s done I guess he hosted weekend update on a dying SNL

Conan he was the funniest at 12:35 after Leno somewhere along the way he got lost he comes across depressed behind the scenes and will never get over losing the tonight show

I'm with you on Kimmel but that mostly stems from my disappointment with Adam. Loveline was a major force in my life, knowing how to procure Plan B as a stoned and retarded teenager prevented me from being hooked with a ball and chain too early... In hindsight though Carolla was a bit of a one-trick pony, I don't ascribe Kimmel to much of Adam's career woes...

I don't care for Conan at all because my girlfriend at 18 was obsessed with him, that phat native American ass was so tight I still daydream about it and have had a bone to pick with him ever since.

If I had to choose a favorite, fuck it, I'm going Jay Leno. At least he's unapologetically into cool old cars.

Like with Seth Meyers: he's as boring and unfunny as it gets but he's heavily involved in Documentary Now which has some great episodes.

I liked Adam Carollas show he had after Man Show.

Jimmy was funny, even kind of mean funny now he's a blubbering faggot.

I liked Conan from the start until about 1999 then I stopped watching everything late night besides adult swim and SNL

He rode the line pretty well of being kind yet mean to Eric the Midget. Him recounting how he introduced the whole audience to him and they were so shocked by his appearance that he completely lost their focus was really funny. I don’t understand how you go from The Man Show to crying about some lion on live tv.

I never gave a shit about Conan's interviews or monologues, but his remotes are hilarious. I watch them all the time.

He also lets the people in his remotes be funny too. His writer Andy is hilarious in this.
