WWAWD expiration dates?

I accidentally ate siracha a year after being expired and it was fine.

Seeing as its fermented in giant drums for weeks. It only gets "better". Even at room temp. Its too acidic for much to grow.

I think I have had milk that didn't go bad after the expiration date 2 times in my life. It ALWAYS goes bad before.

of the people i've asked, more of them throw shit out if they're past the expiration date than I would think. But also I'm a dirty motherfucker. It's never about money, but more about experimentation and laziness. Milk for example, I only know from experience that it's still good like 2 weeks...

Hot sauce seems to be fine long after expiration date.

It's 95% vinegar with some pepper extract and maybe some sugar thrown in, it's basically entirely preservatives. Most things that are swimming in vinegar or made mostly of sugar will pretty much never go bad.
