Johnny Carson's Tonight Show was either boring as shit or ten times better than anything on late night since. Really dependent on the guests than late night shows are now.
The story I heard was that Chase wanted an easy gig now that he'd gotten older and that's what Community was sold to him as and then the show had incredibly grueling schedules.Seems like Chevy hates being part of an ensemble, and is only happt to be the star, like in Fletch or Vacation. He never got along on Community. Caddyshack isn't really the exception because him, Murray, and Dangerfield were all doing their own thing.
No but I can’t see how anyone wouldn’t be upset by that. The story I heard was that Chase wanted an easy gig now that he'd gotten older and that's what Community was sold to him as and then the show had incredibly grueling schedules.
Does anyone else remember during season 1 and maybe 2 of the show when Donald Glover would put videos on Twitter of how he would go up to Chase on set and describe to him how he was fucking his daughter? Chase always looked really annoyed and you could hear other cast members laugh in the background. I think they would retweet it as well. Any mention of it seems to have been wiped from the Internet.
Sounds very plausible, he was also the drummer for early Steely Dan then noped outSeems like Chevy hates being part of an ensemble, and is only happt to be the star, like in Fletch or Vacation. Man, getting to see Donald Trump heckle Chevy Chase sounds amazingI remember Robin talking about how she was at the table as Trump and during Chevy’s wedding “speech” about how him and Howard liked to blow men together Trump kept yelling stuff like “oh this guy stinks, get him off! Just awful, very disrespectful! Not funny!”
It was one of few times Robin Quivers actually had something to say on the Stern show. Course now Stern doesn’t want his current liberal friends to know he had Trump at his wedding and how Trump “got” his show and always delivered as a guest. How he turned on Trump after doing so much for him just so he could be in with the “cool kids” really shows the type of person Stern is -zero loyalty. Even Kimmel is still close with Carolla even though they are very different politically. Stern stopped having Gilbert on because a dopey woman told him to since it was part of his “new image” after Gilbert did the show something like 100 times and if you asked Gilbert about Stern he wouldn’t say a bad thing about him.Man, getting to see Donald Trump heckle Chevy Chase sounds amazing
Really? I'd have assumed Kimmel dropped him some time ago.Even Kimmel is still close with Carolla even though they are very different politically.
Adam is the godfather of at least one of his kids. Jimmy strikes me as someone who realizes that he’s full of shit.Really? I'd have assumed Kimmel dropped him some time ago.
