- Mr. Tomlinson's feud started after members of the now-defunct Reddit site r/opieandanthony got his Twitter account suspended, causing him to threaten some bored trolls who never heard of him with a libel lawsuit. The trolls responded predictably.
- Mr. Tomlinson has been instructed many times by friends, family, police, and attorneys to stop engaging with his trolls, and that continuing to provoke them will cause him to be trolled even more. Mr. Tomlinson wilfully ignores this advice
- He would eventually file a defamation suit against 60 anonymous people which was dismissed with Mr. Tomlinson being ordered to pay $34,762.25 for opposing parties' attorney fees.
- He ended up paying $83,736.99 due to his unsuccessful attempts to dodge the court-ordered judgement, for which he faced jail time and contempt charges.
- He also filed 2 frivolous restraining orders against people who had engaged in First Amendment-protected behavior (one for texting him and another for attending his contempt of court hearing), both of which were dismissed.
- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal (himself) to a troll.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never shown this video footage during any of his media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergencies (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

I live in a white suburban enclave and I intend to continue to do so until I die. Cops everywhere, none of this bullshit. Walked to Walgreens and every other step was avoiding needles, puke, or shit. Only place I ever saw that was worse was the SF Tenderloin in the early 00s

this is why I'm an advocate of decent drugs; a good indicator of a functioning society is that a homeless guy can take a shot in the morning, & do a sloppy (but cheaply paid) day's work.
Denver has gotten really bad over the last 5 years. I get threatened quite a bit and some fuck threw a bottle at me after I walked by him with my dog. If it would have hit my dog I would have had a very tough time not slitting the junkie fucks throat.
Edit: Right after I wrote this I went outside to see a homeless person passed out behind my garage so I can't get my car out. The police chased him off but he left a shopping cart full of shit for me to deal with I guess

The recent major wildfire in Laguna Niguel was started in a homeless encampment and then spread to over two dozen mansions and likely 300 acres of land totaled. I do not go into cities unless I absolutely have to for business now.
Phoenix is funny. You go into the south side and it's actually pretty nice city with plenty to do, but on the north side it slowly starts looking more and more shitty until you're completely surrounded by junkies and homeless.
The cities are done. They’re deep blue enclaves where the junkies congregate and overdose on fentanyl together. The key is to live among the liberals in the wealthy suburbs. They hate the homeless as much as anyone else.

I think a lot of this is meth and fentanyl. Fent just does not have legs like heroin, there’s no way you’re making it through an 8 hour shift off some fent, and meth just turns you into a retarded and vile subhuman.

I lived in South Denver for a few years. Was there a couple years ago visiting friends and decided to check out 16th street mall just to see how much worse it has gotten, I wasn't disappointed.
