Nigga I done said this already.

No show has ever had a strong final season. Lost, game of thrones, The Sopranos, breaking bad, etc.

Why can't we have one television show that has a great final season?

You really don't think Breaking Bad had a good final season? Admittedly it could've ended after season 4 and that would've been a great ending too but some of those episodes in the final season were so good.

The actual ending episode was fairly weak compared to what came before it but overall I'd say it was a great season.

Imagine the final season of The Sopranos was Tony and Christopher teaming up to kill a gang of Nazis. That is how faggy the ending of Breaking Bad was. It was literally a fan service reddit tier ending where the two main characters get to 'win' everything. Nothing bad happens to Walt and Jesse. And all of the minor characters basically lose in the end. It was like a fantasy show ending.

The final season of Breaking Bad is all about making Walt and Jesse heroes in the end:

- Hank's death is contrived so that Walt has nothing to do with it. In fact it allows Walt to beg for Hank to live. And Walt even tries to buy Hank's life against the Nazis. Hank dies but Walt is morally excused from his death. The exact opposite of a person 'breaking' bad. If Walt truly broke bad he would shot Hank in the head himself. Like how Tony kills Big Pussy or Christopher. Or how Vic shoots Terry Crowley and drives Shane to suicide in The Shield.
- Walt and Mexican cartels are no longer bad guys. A Nazi gang with no presence until the last season magically comes out of nowhere to become the ultimate bad guys of the entire show overshadowing Gus Fring even. The most faggy politically correct ending possible. White Nazis are the bad guys in a Mexican cartel themed show.
- The show is so desperate to have the Nazis be bad guys that they have Todd literally murder a kid on his bike just to show the dumb audience who to root against. Jesse is entirely against the kid getting killed and informs authorities what happened to Drew Sharp even.
- Walt despite losing his meth empire still gets EVERYTHING in the end. He gets revenge on the Schwarz family by intimidating them at gunpoint (laserpoint). And has them launder drug money to his family in the millions of dollars. So Walt ends up giving his family all of the money anyways with no penalty.
- Walt kills the Nazis and poisons Lydia simply because the moron fans wanted to see Walt 'win' against more people.
- Walt has magic cancer and chemo that does not affect his health if it interferes with the plot.
- Jesse destroys everything around him. Ruins tons of lives. In the end he gets a free trip to Alaska and no jail. Despite the fact that he is responsible for who knows how many drug related deaths and cartel related violence. Not to mention probably losing his family their aunt's house. Jesse magically survives the machine gun attack and so does Todd allowing some faggy moment where he strangles Todd to death. What are the odds that the both survive and Jesse has the strength to kill Todd? It was so forced and contrived and faggy.
- Skyler is a plastic faced cunt who clearly had around $100,000 in plastic surgery from the first season until the last.

The best ending for Breaking Bad would have been Jesse dead or in prison. Walt dead of cancer in that cabin without giving his family money. And the news media reporting that Heisenberg had finally been discovered only to show a picture of Jesse on the news.

You really think Jessie went out on top? He literally just escaped with his life. Nothing else-

That was a show that was completely about cartels and Mexico and the Southwest for 5 seasons.

Instead of another cartel stepping into replace the Eladio cartel in season 6 (which is exactly what would have happened in real life) we got cartoonishly sociopathic Nazis that came out of nowhere like an RKO. They even had swastika tattoos on their necks and faces to remind us that they're bad guys.

They were just like that movie American History X which is unintentionally hilarious. When people ask me to describe American History X, I always tell them to imagine a bunch of blacks and Jews sitting in a room together writing what they think white people are like when they aren't around, then turn the volume up to 11.

He gets revenge on basically everyone who ever 'wronged' him. He sees Walt die in front of him. The DEA agent who beat him up once is viciously gunned down in front of him. He gets to strangle his Nazi tormentor to death. He sees no actual prison time for his various actual crimes. He takes his aunt's house from his parents. And with El Camino he escapes with some money and a new identity to his dream life in Alaska.

Considering that he was once the biggest meth manufacturer in the entire world. And was part of basically a psychotic cartel with Gus. And involved tons of innocent people in the cartel and his drug lifestyle including getting some killed and murdered. Him getting to live in freedom with some cash and a new identity is a pretty fair trade. And realistically an outright win for him.

He didn't die or go to jail. I went to prison for selling teenths at a time. That kid was responsible for the means of manufacturing hundreds of thousands of pounds of meth, he murdered people, and was a conspirator to or committed countless other MAJOR felonies.

He moved to Alaska with a duffel bag full of cash and a new identity. That's a Cinderella ending.

So so so so, nobody thought that maybe he should have been charged, tried and convicted for shooting Gail point blank in the face?

Gail was also a mass drug dealer and criminal. When the DEA find the meth lab blueprints and formulas for meth they are more interested in finding the killers simply to get more information about drug traffickers. Not really to solve Gail's murder. Hank literally laughs at Gail's lifestyle with his karaoke and vegan s'mores recipe.

Gail getting shot in the face is a net gain for society.

For a guy who served legit time, you should know better that cops don't solve a shit load of crimes. They mostly have to have evidence fall on to their laps (even then, they sometimes fuck it up). The homicide clearance rate is like a coin flip and when it's seemingly random, it's practically unsolvable-- look at Bernell Trammell who was literally gunned down in broad daylight. They got nothing. That type of shit happens 365 24/7.

90% of the cases on The First 48 only get solved when someone calls in with a tip or the person gives themselves up. There's little to no police work, especially in those nog neighborhood shootings.

I didn't say he should've been caught for every single crime, I'm saying MORALLY for the show to make sense he should have went down for the crimes he committed. Would've been way better than Cinderella ending.

A Cinderella ending isn't really being stranged from all your friends/family & living in Alaska.
