I eat pretty fucking well in an expensive city and spend like $50 a day, retarded cunt

Stop eating cheese and wine, get steak and potatoes
What blows me away is paying less than $50 on groceries while she also claims in the article to enjoy cooking, just doesn't have the time. Bitch you live a socialite life, an hour of your day could be dedicated to shopping/cooking and drastically reduce all these bills. Not that this glorified paper pusher cares.

Look into going in with other people on a cow share (also called a beef share). I tend to get a quarter or half a cow and deep freeze it, you get a ton of ground beef but you also get a good stock of steaks and other cuts and all those cuts even out to way under the normal $/lb cost of those steaks, maybe a tiny bit above the average $/lb of ground beef, but almost every place you would get this, you're getting grass fed beef and not shitty general populace meat.

With a deep freezer and $400-600 (depends your area) you can get a quarter of a cow.

edit: I think the shares might have risen in price, 400-600 seems a bit dated now that I look around, lots of factors at play but there were taxes levied on farmers very heavily that also coincided with Bill Gates buying up tons of farmland real estate 🤔 . anyways it might be more for the quarter cow, just google your area and "beef shares" and you can find more info. highly recommend if you like to eat red meat.

$1K a week is easy to hit if you eat at restaurants. A bottle of wine could literally set you back that much. Lots of fine dining restaurants rely on these idiots to be repeat customers just like casinos rely on whales for huge boosts of income. They know that some dopey idiot that does not know how to cook will lazily buy food marked up 1,000% just so they can brag in social media about what they eat every day. This moron is the person who spends wasteful money to boast on social media about how happy her life is....but meanwhile on the inside is miserable with a soulless existence.

I mean, I get it. I take the lady out to high end restaurants almost every weekend. It's hard to get out the door of most of these places for less than $200 with drinks and whatever. If we did that all the time, we'd be cruising through $1k a week no prob.

I'd definitely develop a pretty rarified taste in food if I had the money. I got some of that Iberico ham in a goody bag once. The next time I had supermarket ham it was like eating slimy foam that had been dyed pink.

I don't know about booze. I can't really tell much difference between Johnny Walker red and black TBHWC.

She could be counting her travel meals towards her budget too since she probably gets paid per diems (if she is indeed traveling) but $1,000 would be high, even in NYC.

Consulting is great if you're a single 20-something and they staff you in a cool place but shit starts to get old when you A) have a family and B) they staff you in shitty places. For every one Miami-based project, there's 4 Peoria, Illinois-based projects.

the sad part is they spend that much, yet I'm willing to bet that there is zero steak in his diet

I'm no Shawn Baker but I'll legit suck dick to eat ribeye every day yo
