- He would eventually file a defamation suit against 60 anonymous people which was dismissed with Mr. Tomlinson being ordered to pay $34,762.25 for opposing parties' attorney fees.
- He ended up paying $83,736.99 due to his unsuccessful attempts to dodge the court-ordered judgement, for which he faced jail time and contempt charges.
- He also filed 2 frivolous restraining orders against people who had engaged in First Amendment-protected behavior (one for texting him and another for attending his contempt of court hearing), both of which were dismissed.
- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal (himself) to a troll.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never shown this video footage during any of his media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergencies (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

My mom still lives in pain but stopped taking her prescription meds because of the stigma and bullshit around it. Real fucking shame, I hear they've been cracking down on pill mills for the last couple years. Sounds good, but there are so many people in chronic pain that really need them and niggers like this guy fuck it up for them. We still have nothing that treats pain so well as opiates.

I read an article about old-school hardcore ghetto heroin addicts in Baltimore and Newark who are absolutely dying for real heroin. It just doesn't exist anymore, at least not on the street. And now it's become more difficult to even obtain real fentanyl, as now this isotonitazene shit is everywhere. And it's only a matter of time until that's replaced with something else.

I don’t know too much about hard drugs (I smoked da weed and did some coke back in the day….sniff) I’m more of a drinker myself. All I hear is just crazy shit with fentanyl now. You can’t do any drug safely, even if you’ve got a good dealer. Shits crazy at this point. Even hardcore coke heads are cleaning up because of it.
No, it's actually pretty easy, but you need a shitload of them to actually make heroin. You can use the dried stems, pods and seeds to make a brew that'll get you all fucked up, but to manufacture dope on any kind of profitable scale you need massive quantities and lots of manpower.
They make fentanyl in Mexico now, which makes it easier to import, plus it's highly potent, so you don't need to smuggle as much of it. I don't have the exact numbers handy but a kilo of fentanyl is like ten kilos of heroin, it's practically tailor-made for the black market.
