Lutheran family services have been bringing christian African refugees to welcoming and accepting midwest towns for over 20 years now. The local churches pick up the tab of housing, clothing and feeding enthusiastic immigrants. Lazarus Fink, or whoever your personal boogeyman is, isn't strutting around like a comic book villain arranging all of this.
