What are they upto now? Probably want to reclassify a whole bunch of people as tards (and Im ok with that). But for what purpose? UBI? Eugenic culling? New gibs to new protected classes from taxpayers? Whatever it is, they are playing chess everywhere, even in mundane tabloid stories.

Mosiacism is a long established area of genetics. In humans, genetic mosiacism can cause various mutations e.g. Klinefelter syndrome (which Patrick might have.)

Down syndrome men can't father kids (sorry Dan.) Down syndrome women have a 50/50 chance of having a DS kid if they get pregnant. Many of them miscarry. A high number of none DS women who have a downie kid are older mothers. If this young woman has put out a bunch of them, it stands to reason that she probably has something wrong with her.
