Any of the brothermen had Wingers wings? I think they are only in the west half of the country, except where I live. Used to eat there back home. I make the copycat recipe and it's good with just chicken tenders too, great shit.

I think In my notes I work off I use 1/2 cup Franks and not 1/3. Also I usually don't put quite all the brown sugar in there. The sauce is great for fries on the side too.

Singapore Vermicelli (Bihon) everything involved cooks straight from the freezer added to whatever leftovers I have from another day's dinner. If I want a snack I pan fry a cheese sandwich in half a stick of butter. Best grilled cheese you can summon requires a lot of butter. Also you can do magic with a tin of chopped tomatoes, bit of wooster [sic] sauce, sugar and cream. I boil a gammon joint in cola once a week to keep as a snack ham. Costs fuck all to do, tastes great and does 2 meals and about 3 snacks for 2 of us.

Hey that's funny, man. We used to make hot chicken nachos when I was growing up - cook some breast, shred it up and coat it with a mixture of Louisiana hot sauce and brown sugar. Then do the rest of the nachos thing.

That does sound PFG although with Louisiana is a bit different than Franks but is still good stuff I could see being dope with the Nachos

Thinking about it, I almost never spend less than an hour cooking dinner. Even when I start with something simple in mind, I quickly get carried away and start going off in a million different directions.

I've been in a stir-fry craze for some time now. Chop the raw chicken into little tiny pieces before you cook it, mix in the veggies, then either eat it as a sandwich or rice bowl with some Asian sauce.

Works with other proteins as well but chicken is so consistent in its deliciousness.

I make this one all the time but especially when it’s cold and it’s cold as fuck here today. I use a lighter style ale for the beer, be a faggot like me and get some local craft ale and you’ll feel like a fancy boy. Get some crusty bread for a side and dip it
I make beer cheese soup once a year for the last regular season packers game as I root for the same niggerball team as a fat failed pedophile author from wisconsin. Mine has bratwurst diced in tiny pieces with celery onions and potatoes, I top it with bacon and green onions. it's great. Otto's beer cheese soup is the recipe I use as the base.

For mainstay I make
I eat a lot of traditional Greek and Thai food at home. A lot of it is easy as fuck to cook and I like the way it tastes.
I make a fuck ton of thai food at home too brotherman, got sick of paying for it and I now make more authentic thai food than the americanized shit places near me. thai basil fried rice, steak with thai seafood sauce and sweet chili tomatoe/onion/cucumber salad are staples. Also make lettuce wraps alot with ground meat mixed some legit thai curry paste + fish sauce and basil/mint/cilantro and lime juice. Thai food is delicious and light on the carbs. Sometimes I make tom yum soup with shrimp. I have no idea how to make chicken the right texture for asian soups.

The problem I have with making thai curry is I can't get coriander root anywhere. At the end of the growing season I can pull enough cilantro plants for one or two curries, but then the rest of the year I'm outta luck. I could go for a good Panang or massaman curry most of the time, but it ends up being a seasonal dish for me.

Corn tortillas, cheese, and leftovers. Double-layer the tortillas and cheese, microwave for 45 seconds, and you have a decent snack on its own, or an excellent base for a light meal. I like to add leftover cold fried chicken or steak, some salsa and a slice of avocado. Works great as a substitute hotdog bun, too.
