Am not sure just how far he got with this girl or if he closed any deal or paid money, it seemingly hasn’t been disclosed publicly. But if the police knew then it was near as damnit.
It took two whole years for the Old Bill to categorically deem that technically nothing illegal happened, yet he stillwasn't cleared of wrongdoing. Even if he didn't technically do anything noncey, he's still a wrongun for putting himself in that situation and getting as far as he did.
