Playfully biting a baby's foot is something you might do if you're the actual parent, just playing around with your own baby, I can only guess cause im not a father and didn't grow up around babies.

Biden apparently thinks it looks good to act this way with a stranger's baby, like he's some sort of universal parent to all babies, this weird display of affectionate playful grandfatherly goofiness. But it's not, it's weird cause you're not the baby's parent or grandparent, you're the fucking president and you're on live television.

This is coming from his ever deteriorating "lawyer's mind" and his superficial politician's mind, he's all optics and no substance so thus you get retarded shit like this.
