- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal (himself) to a troll.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never shown this video footage during any of his media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergencies (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

As a teenager I thought Charmaine was annoying. But she's actually one of the very few decent and principled characters on the show.
She is kind of annoying, but that doesn’t make what she says less valid. I think her and the psychiatrist that Carmella saw were a way for Chase to insert his commentary into the show.
She has no principles whatsoever. She’s Tony with tits. She pretends to be a good catholic for her own vanity and to make believe she’s a good person. When her friend Ginny is losing everything, she comes over to show off her new Cayenne (like the pepper). The only time she’s a halfway decent person is when she defends Tony to her cunt mother. She’s the same character as Tony just from the female angle.
