biometrics and data collection etc is such that if they need, they have a database of all the idiots they assume are willing to die for their cause de'jure.
On the other hand, they probably have a list of all the undesirables, possible dodgers, turncoats, free thinkers, pacifists, etc and would liquidate us before any draft is issued.
Sometimes I think the vax was a targeted murder, that everyone who died was supposed to (great purge). The days of drafting are over. They can also just give incentive to El Salvadorian illegals (you will get US citizenship...or if you are MS13 you will get your charges dropped if u just serve).
Again, they dont need "drafted armies" anymore like the 60s and prior. In Syria one US officer would command 50,000 Kurdish fools for eg.
The British in WW1 had 1 million Indians (Muslims, Sikhs, Hindus, Nepalese, etc) die in places like Gallipoli and WW2 in Burmese jungles. This is the benefit of having an empire, but it also means pre-1960s America had no undesirable immigration...but post 1965 immigration act, it did.
