They practice active shooter training now. At least some do. So maybe not one of those places.

If you can't get in direct to a company just go to an employment agency, tell em you want to work in a big agency and here are my organisation skills, programs I can use, experience I've had in managing people - you're really a people person, looking to add value and make a difference. They'll place you and if you like the org after a couple of months just apply to any job they have going - now you have insider experience and are more desirable.
