- He ended up paying $83,736.99 due to his unsuccessful attempts to dodge the court-ordered judgement, for which he faced jail time and contempt charges.
- He also filed 2 frivolous restraining orders against people who had engaged in First Amendment-protected behavior (one for texting him and another for attending his contempt of court hearing), both of which were dismissed.
- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal (himself) to a troll.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never shown this video footage during any of his media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergencies (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

O&A created the blueprint for podcasting and the talk format we regard as standard today. Their contributions to comedy are definitely without comparison. All these faggot comedians aside, just their catalogue alone is some of the finest comedy ever created, finally the board culture that sprang out of it.

Plus it’s for radio which is already pretty much dead. I think they’ve already started to not put the AM band in new cars.

They also really took the idea of having comedians sit in often when Howard pretty much stopped after the got Artie. From Jackie leaving to Artie getting the job they had all kinds of guys sit in like Chappelle, etc.
Howard would usually only have one in at a time. I like Dipaolo but why bother seriously interviewing him and asking if he’s jealous of Chris Rock or Dane Cook. OnA was set up more like Robin’s news with Gilbert and Artie.
I remember Stern had one of the former heads of Infinity about who they wanted to replace Stern when he went to Sirius and top of the list was Preston & Steve who were available since Y100 flipped formats and had a 6 month no-compete clause. They turned it down like pretty much everyone they asked because nobody wanted to follow him. People like Larry David and Chris Rock were also offered the spot and of course all said no. David Lee Roth was the only one dumb enough to think he could replace him. The DLR show was sooooo bad - it was just Roth telling stories about his Uncle and that was his only guest.
And that’s what worked - the best part of the comedians sitting in was Robin’s news and then adding things. Stern thought people cared if comedians were upset they aren’t as famous as other comedians. Plus we know how Stern, Fred, and Robin still can’t handle anyone busting their balls which OnA didn’t mind.

Sirius tells him they can’t track ratings but also takes credit for every subscriber. I remember Sirius they hit I think 25 or 30 million “subscribers” (you know those numbers are all bullshit - probably counts every car that has it as a trial, etc) and Stern went on like it’s all because of him because when he came there they were new and didn’t have many subscribers.
He did, he only had a handful of stations and at least was already known for loveline but Roth got the majority of the attention since he was in New York and taking Sterns KROCK studio.
