Yep. You can tell by how he words his tweets. If someone called him out for not being the one to do it he can point at it and say "I never said I was the one who did it, child".

You have to remember he is so shallow that if he was the one who did the work he would either take a picture of himself doing it or claim he did in the tweet to stir up interest.
