Why do you like wrestling?

I ask this genuinely. I’ve never been into it. Never watched a match. I grew up when the John Cena / Stone Cold / The Rock era and it never appealed to me. So why do you like wrestling. Genuinely dude

I used to think it was the gayest shit when I was as young as 5. Watching it at my cousins house I remember feeling dirty. Didn’t know it at the time but I felt trashy.

But as an adult I’ve changed my views on it. For whatever reason niggas love that shit same thing with anime. My best friends black and he showed me a bunch of cool old shit and explained why it’s cool. It’s just fun cool entertainment that you have to be retarded to actually do because you get hurt and can die.

I liked it as a kid. It was one of the N64 games that got me into it for a few years during the whole Austin v Vince and The Rock era. I grew out of it a couple of years later.

It's fine for kids to like I guess considering the utter shite my nephew likes like "is it cake" or cartoons but even as a kid I was confused as to why so many in the crowd were adults and not even parents

Yeah, I grew out of it at about 8 years old, around the same time Shaun Michaels "beat up" Marty Jannety and broke up The Rockers. Think I moved on to dinosaurs or comics.

You really underestimate WWE’s popularity…supposedly it reaches almost a billion people worldwide. The other thing to consider too is that it’s an American “league” for an American sport. Think the MLB or the NFL or the NBA. Sure you’re still really good if you make the South Korean baseball team but only the best of the best go to the US leagues. Same with wrestling I imagine, and WWE holds the same monopoly on it like UFC has with MMA or NFL has with football. The fact that Sam Roberts has any fans is proof WWE is still huge

The wrestlers didn't always have a finishing move
Then there were wrestling talk shows working wrestling about also a Carson style show, where mayhem would.always ensue. It was great entertainment

Major problem for WWE's brand right now is not even understanding what they have in their arsenal.

They should be using the old logo, all those old shows like Tuesday Night Titans or Prime Time (which was mostly talented announcers and managers acting as talking heads.)

Now they just put 2 vapid soulless metrosexual looking retarded mic stands at a desk and have them read terrible talking points with no enthusiasm. Day and night compared to Bobby The Brain and Gorilla bickering.
