Every person in Rick's life is only there to benefit him. I don't think he really understands the concept of other people existing independently of him. They all have a role to fill. Jackie supports his unhinged victim narrative and she publicly backs him up. She worked for Biden and he can use that to make her sound credible when he describes her to other people. No way he knows anything about her other than the things that pertain to him. He has no clue how many kids she has, their names or anything like that. He doesn't care.
Whenever Rick mentions ooga it's to bring up how racist his stlakers are. The GFM for his visa issues was started because Rick said ooga was only detained any deported because of a false report from one of his racist stlakers. Ooga was a black face for Rick to use to get more people to believe his bullshit. It kind of worked too.
Whenever Rick talks about Uncle Paul it's to bring up how his friend with "suicidal ideations" gets trolled by his cyber friends. He never talks about anything else.
He completely ignores Shane. I don't know if he's ever spoken to him or about him? That's pretty funny.
His daughter only exists as a prop to use for xitter posts or pity. His wife is a mental case he had one night stand with. He thinks that makes him sound cool. I really can't think of anyone he talks about without it being about him.

Shane Roth is another that isn’t discussed much, he tweets on average of 300-450 times a day and is another bum on disability claiming he can’t work for various reasons. He also divorced his wife while she was dying of cancer or something. Worked some low level Shane type job and was upset when he got poor performance reviews because he spent all this work time on twitter and not doing his job.
