Sexual assault is already illegal so if someone wants to assault little girls, a rule about them not being allowed in the bathroom isn’t going to stop them. It’s meaningless.

The scenarios people bring up only come to my mind in areas with significant homeless populations. In those cases there may be trannies among them, but they're all mentally ill anyway, so it doesn't really make a difference if they're confused about their sex/gender.

every tranny i've ever met has been a "lesbian". i used to work with one and i felt highly uncomfortable with him in the bathroom. he passed really well, i didn't find out he was a tranny and googled his mugshot where he got booked as a male. if they strip searched him and classified him accordingly, i see no reason why he should be allowed in the ladies room.
