Having worked in a pizzeria all throughout college, I make really good pizza from scratch and will do so on special occasions. Other than that time is money and it's a better use of my time to either order food or have a woman cook for me.

i learned to cook because my parents worked and i hated eating peanut butter toast with my helpless brother. Deep frying a steak is the best way to cook it, anyone who tells you differently most certainly sucks black cock.

My GF showed me this on Tik Tok. Burger Tortilla, With cheese, sliced ham, and doritos chips.

I like a little burnt for flavour. Not bad for a first try but not hard to make.

Second try. Didn't have enough cheese. Buried it with Doritos. Didn't leave it as long on the pan.

I taught myself a few dishes in college and had an Italian girlfriend later who taught me a few things. I enjoy doing it when I have the time. Over lockdown I got a craving for Chinese food. Where I live now it's hard to find Chinese that's anything as good as what I'm used to from Chinatown in London so I started looking online. Found this guy's channel and followed a few of his recipes. They came out great and as good as anything you'd get in Chinatown (just followed exactly what he said.)

This is the one authentic Chinese dish I can cook myself.

The beansprouts, ginger and beans are optional.

I don't make my own pasta, I use thick pasta shells or those microwavable bags of rice.

For meat, mostly pork belly, but chicken breast is actually surprisingly good.

Serve that up to a Chinese bird and it's a guaranteed panty dropper.

I’m cooking some aglio e olio for dinner, with some shrimp and a salad. Not too bad, I find myself craving pasta lately but I try to make up for it by going on more runs during the week / exercising.
