It's so revolting to see old guys with jowls so bad they pull his whole face away from the base of his skull or women with arms so flabby they could wrap the skin folds around their whole granny bicep. Or you have Opie eyes and become Chinese whenever you smile. Elbows and knees that look like baby faces.
Good dermatologists will also tell you it's the only thing you need besides soap and fuck cosmetics with SPF etc. - buy the cheapest you can get.
No skin care = as bad if not worse than being a fatso.
